Re: Rams Mock draft going in a new direction
I doubt Blackmon will be available at 6, but I wouldn't mind this mock. Bradford will be a star in the NFL, so I dont really see the point. I think both RG3 and Bradford will be superstars in this league. I LOVE RG3 and I'd pick him over any QB if it was just as easy as that, but starting all over again is just a pain.
Though at the end of the day this would be an amazing offense. I'd love it. Just as much as I'd love staying put with Bradford.

Re: Rams Mock draft going in a new direction
I'm going to look at this mock draft without any bias of my feelings to Bradford (which is what should be done when analyzing mock drafts "going in new directions")
We are essentially trading Bradford for RGIII here. So the question is, do we gain any sort of benefit
from doing this?
Well, one pro I see is that we don't have to deal with Bradford having to learn a 3rd straight different offensive scheme in 3 years. He might or might not be able to adjust well to it.
With RGIII, this will be his first pro scheme, so there's definitely an advantage there because he won't be filled with different terminologies.
Griffin's ability to manuever in the pocket with his athleticism and create plays with his feet would also minimize our o-line's crappy blocking.
A pro for Bradford would be he already has NFL experience, which is very important.

Re: Rams Mock draft going in a new direction
exactly and with the Browns at 4 Blackmon will be gone. I'd rather trade our #2 for #6 in first round and #6 in 2nd. Then take Trent Richardson or Morris Claiborne at #6(if Claiborne falls). Then in round #2 take Brown the OLB and then 2nd 2nd rounder take Sanu from Rutgers.
