Weeeellllll now I wouldn't say that...
Suh will demand attention which will allow other opportunities for defensive players whether Mr. Long or Carriker are All-Pro or not. Suh has the ability to read the QB into interceptions. He can run down men from behind at his size. There is only one bonafide playmaker in the draft. He wears #93 and while he may not throw touchdowns, he certainly can lead to some. He may surprise you. He can even run some in and catch a few, too.
Offense wins games.
Defense wins championships.

I'm to this point....
Suh? Sure
Bryant? Sure
Berry? Sure
Claussen? Sure
G. McCoy? Sure
Bradford? Sure

So your expecting us to do decent next year if we draft Suh? Then how would we be able to draft Locker? He's looking like the #1 QB, so he'll most likely be taken in the first couple picks if he stays the #1 QB till next year.
Re: The Rams are officially on the clock!
Well as if the Rams give a rats behind what I or we think anyway, Suh seems to be the fans choice. However, all those votes count zero in the war room on draft day.

Great point. We can talk as much as we want about what we think should happen (and I'm sure we will), but we're on the wrong side of the decision-making doors.
And for as knowledgable as we might try to be on these subjects, we're conveying our opinions on a computer from home, work, etc. Ultimately, while NFL personnel might not always get it right, they've got vastly more experience doing their job than any of us have at it.
If Devaney and company go through the process and reach a different opinion than I do, I'll probably be disappointed, but I'll damn sure be cheering whomever they do pick and hoping he helps lead this team back to the promised land! :ram:

Ok, I know some of you have been waiting all year for this so get your glasses ready. Hold it up high Nick and LaRam0,
"The draft is a crapshoot". Partake responsibly. :)

Where was this understanding when we drafted some of the biggest busts? I spent a few moments recapping our last 10 drafts. Since Torry Holt in '99 other than SJax, we have been DWI (drafting while intoxicated). How else do you explain Trung Candidate, Jimmy Kennedy, Robert Thomas, Tye Hill, Alex Barron and more. We had it right with Ryan Pickett but then let him go via FA. We passed on Derelle Revis to select Adam Carriker. Man, there must be some great saloons near the the Rams Draft Waroom. Here's hoping to a sober 2010 draft.
Go Rams!

Frickin' hell, you could have opened a sports magazine and read the reviews and done a better job!!!
There's no excuse, you gotta make an effort to suck that bad...
