This could be good. I've watched a little film on him. He always seems to move quick and hit well. He also plays solid pass coverage. He's a bit of an injury risk, but could also fill that WLB hole.

2008 stats (his last 16 game season): 113 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and forced 2 fumbles.

Hes a solid linebacker. The only problem is his injuries. That ACL tear was big but this dude is a football player. I'd absolutely love for us to pursure him because he would be cheap and when healthy this guy is a great player. Teaming him with Diggs and Laurinaitis will make the LB corps a strength.

2009 stats (in 7 games): 61 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 2 INT, 5 passes defended. This guy can really play when healthy.

Could they be considering his versatility to play safety because that's what he played in college, although that was a while ago, so that may be a off-track rationale. But like Av said, if he's healthy, sign him up good player! Glad we're able to be talking real football again!

I say if he is healthy sign him up, would be a great (not good) addition to WLB. That is ofcourse discounting no injuries. I don't think we would be thinking about him at Safety at all, if we got him.

I would rather go after James anderson. Younger and better. Then we get cofield. Our front seven will be solid after that.
