Huh? The point wasn't that they are similar players but rather that Texas' offense does not prepare their QBs very well for the pro game.

Texas has come out and said that they are going to put McCoy under C more next season. Got some freshman that's nasty.

Good, a more pro-style offense should help his stock. Spread-option offenses have been fun to watch in college football, but don't do much when it comes to helping these guys gain experience for the next level.

I am a big UT fan...and Colt has really played well for Texas....but he will be no better than a 3rd round pick even next year.

McCoy is going to be good QB @ next level, and I wouldn't mind him in a Rams uniform in '10. Trade Bulger to the Cowboys they need a backup.
