Er...this thread has gone to the dogs:well assuming, I suppose, that "Sparky" there has some friends. At any rate, taking a qb in the first round would not be my optimal choice; however, if he (Cutler?) has excellent trade value, and there is a hot market for him it might just work out well for the Rams.

I have no problem with trading the pick, but if no trade is made, I just can't see the Rams taking a QB.
There will be a team like Baltimore that will want to trade up above Cleveland to possibly land a QB. However with the QB needs still at places like Tennessee, Detroit, Buffalo and Arizona i cant see one of the three QBs dropping that far. Although i didnt see Alex Barron dropping to us last year, so no one cam really tell
