Re: Rams will use the #33 pick on a player!
Amini Silatolu, OG, Midwestern State: Silatolu dominated Division II competition as an offensive tackle, but he's better suited for guard in the NFL. This is a physical prospect who plays with a nasty streak and just knocked people off the ball at Midwestern State. He has the ability to pull and block at the corner. On pass protection, he shows good slide ability. I don't think he is an NFL OT because he did have some trouble adjusting to the quick inside move. I thought he was the best offensive lineman in drills at the NFL Scouting Combine. It may take him some time to adjust to the game's highest level, but he should be a solid pro player

Hmm. My first inclination is to go with a defensive player who may have fallen out of the 1st round. So I might go with Upshaw, even though he's probably better suited for a 3-4. Fisher might feel you can never have enough pass rushers.
But he might want to find a weapon right away for Sam... of the targets on the board Fleener might be the best even if he's a tight end. He also might not get past the Colts at 34. Fleener and Kendricks could duplicate what they've done in NE with their two TEs. Plus if he really intends to pound the rock then having two guys who can block and still create mismatches on play-action and passing downs would be a big plus.
So... Defense: Upshaw. Offense: Fleener. I'm leaning more toward Fleener.Last edited by DE_Ramfan; -04-27-2012 at 04:40 PM.

I like :
CB Janoris Jenkins
RB LaMar Miller
WR Stephen Hill
WR Alshon Jeffery
OG Cordy Glenn
WR Brian Quick
WR Rueben Randle
I'm not like some on this board. I refuse to get infatuated with a player and call it a bust if we dont get them (50% of you Blackmon lovers out there). I'll take players (BPA) that'll improve this team hands down.

I am against it, but I think they go Jenkins.

I'm madly in love with Stephen Hill and would love to have him as a weapon for Sammy.
However, I think we'll go Janoris or Cordy with this pick.
