Re: Rate our position needs.
QB--Obviously
DE--Aside from Long, we need a Little replacement, and need to get going on a pass rush
TE--I like Fells, but there's no question we need someone else
RB--Desperately need a two-back system
DT--I think we can manage with what we have right now, If value presents itself in the 2nd I wouldn't be opposed to upgrading
OT--Barron upgrade and/or Barron replacement
CB
OLB
WR--I prefer to wait till next year, give us more of a feel for the young crew we have right now

Interesting ranking. It appears you have bought into the ground and pound system! Big on D too! I think Spags will agree with you!
Re: Rate our position needs.
QB - trumps every other position automatically
DE - we really have nothing but depth at right end, we badly need to add a pass rusher here
OLB - vobora/diggs is ok at sam, absolutely nobody of interest on the weak side that i know of
TE - nothing much here but depth either..
RB - when steven jackson went out of the game, our offense did nothing. he's carrying too much of the load, we need a better second option here.
G - again, good veteran depth but we need some youth/talent here
OT - ditto
WR - no proven #1, though i like these guys and we certainly don't need to draft another #2. these guys are all young and talented and we need to let them develop and see where they're at, unless someone eye-popping is available or we like a guy in the mid-late rounds this is a spot where we can let competition take over and see where they're at next year.
S - butler is solid, nothing special
CB - maybe i'm alone here but i like bartell and saw enough out of fletcher to give him a shot. we added dockery and have some young corners to compete at nickel/dime, but could still use some help here.

I think at this point, we are imagining things if we think we are going to be successful any other way (i.e. Greatest Show), we need to do our best to try to compile a top 5 D within the next two years (easier said than done), grab another RB, avoid mistakes from the QB position, and pound the ball on the ground, i.e. Ravens, Jets
If we don't proceed via this method, I don't see things changing for quite some time.
