Ravens trying to make a deal trade with Rams

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Ravens are now considering trading up to the No. 2 spot in the draft to select Matt Ryan.

The draft's delayed start time this year is leading to a circus of news and reporting. St. Louis seems set on Chris Long at this point, but would have to consider moving down if Baltimore's offer is generous. Of course, overpaying is not something Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome is known for.

It's probably just the fact that Im very tired, but I cant seem to figure what 2 rams 3 ryan means. I know they want Ryan, but....i just dont follow.

I'm tried... sorry, Rams have the second and look to take Long, Atlanta at 3 are projected to take Ryan. The Ravens want Ryan.

I'm fine with just settling with Chris Long.

I think we could get a bunch of picks, but I don't see anyone intriguing to acquire from their roster.

Can't help but wonder if this isn't just an attempt to leverage the Falcons into trading up a slot to get their guy. If Atlanta would be happy with either Dorsey or Ryan, then they will probably pass. If they do prefer Ryan over Dorsey, then we might have a deal. At this point the only trade scenario that appeals to me would be swapping with Atlanta. Hope the Rams braintrust feel the same way ..

Terrell Suggs is now in the mix... I meant huge.

His best season came in 2004 when he was elected to his first Pro Bowl in which he had 10.5 sacks and recorded 60 tackles. I

according to chris mortenson is reporting that the Ravens have offered the 8th overall pick Terrell Suggs to the Rams for the 2nd overall pick... hmmmmmm very very intersting
