Resign Rob Turner

anyone else want him resigned? He's played well at both the guard and center position and even if he doesn't start he's a very solid swingman. It just seems like it's been a long time since we had a solid versatile backup lineman.

Just posted on another thread that I like Barrett Jones from Alabama because of his versatility, like Turner. I just want to go with the best option for our OL, because that is critical to Sam taking the next step in his ascendency. Having Turner who knows the blocking schemes gives him an edge, but Jones projects very well from what I've read thus far. I'm not big on FA's but Andy Levitre from Buffalo was mentioned as someone the Rams might want to look into.

We will and need to resign Turner, he is after all our backup center and starting LG, who is playing very welll. Plus we have Rok coming back next year, so why "waste" a premium pick on a guard. We need to draft a guard tho, for depth, and possibly a futurre starter. We need to upgrade at RT asap tho, and resign richardson if he is jsut on a 1yr deal... We need depth

If we go guard I think it would be to replace Dahl honestly. He's got the big contract and has been somewhat of an underachiever.

That being said I agree with you that RT or LT(And move Saffold to RT) is the way to go. Richardson is our weak point.

Plus this is a deep draft for interior linemen. If we take a guard I'd like to see him taken in rounds 4-5.

You have to keep Harvey Dahl. He's been a great addition to the ballclub. He's the only player to start on the line the last 3 years without missing a start...

He an above average player point blank , WHst more can you ask for?
