Free agent LG Robert Gallery has decided against returning to Oakland after a recent talk with owner Al Davis.

I'd be okay with that, but I don't expect the Rams to get in a bidding war for another OL.

i guess if we were letting Bell go in the next year then it would be a good move at the right price..my fear would be if we got Gallery,Bell and Brown as our interior then although it would be good in the short term..somewhere down the line we could end up trying to find replacements for them all at the same time.
if Bell is still part of our long term plans then i`d prefer us to draft an OG. i personally would prefer Gallery than Bell.

I would be pretty relieved if we could get a player of Gallery's quality and plug him in at guard, instead of having to start a rookie or go with a lesser player already on the roster. IF the Rams want Gallery, theirs no way we will be held to ransom with his outrageous salary demands. I doubt he will be a St.Louis Ram in all honesty?
