Robert Quinn vs Anthony Castonzo
Like the top comment says on the video, it should be renamed to Robert Quinn vs Air. Can't wait Rams fans. This should be a fun season.Last edited by Nick; -04-29-2011 at 11:03 AM.

Re: Robert Quinn vs Anthony Castonzo
That video shows why the outside pass rush involves more than just straight line speed. I like how Quinn drops his shoulder and turns the corner once he gains the advantage. He's going to give opposing DEs fits, and be a great practice partner for Rodger Saffold.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

I've read A lot of comparisons to Demarcus Ware.

Re: Robert Quinn vs Anthony Castonzo
He's very excellent at beating top-notch LTs and using space at a further radius of the QB while still bringing the QB-hurries to the table. He could use some improvement in the run D but I see no problem with Spags and Hall molding him into a complete pass-rushing, run-stopping DE.

Re: Robert Quinn vs Anthony Castonzo
He's a 3 time heavyweight wrestling state champion in high school. When my buddies questioned why is that relevant at DE, I told them "1) Means he's good at shifting his weight, 2) Means he's extremely explosive, and 3) Means his hip movement is out of this world." We're all witnesses on how he treated one of the best OLineman in the draft. I'm not saying that was all because of his wrestling, but it was definitely a contributing factor. He's going to compliment Chris Long very well.
