Getting a pass rush specialist at that point of the draft is far better than grabbing a back-up RB or LB.

For everyone questioning the drafting of 2 DEs, 2 DE/LB tweeners, and 2 CB/S.

First off, this is just for fun. I bet our draft probably won't go like this, but it's plausible.

Second, our pass rush resembled a pee wee football team last year. It's a drastic area we need to improve, and bringing in pass rush specialists helps that area tremendously.

Third, Donovan Warren and Myron Lewis are cornerbacks, but i added the safety in there because they have the versatility to play FS or SS.

Fourth, grabbing a pass rush specialist in a late round is more value than grabbing a back-up LB or RB IMO.

    -Great upside

    -Great footwork

-Can play one-on-one against any WR
Warren may well be a steal, but he certainly cannot play one-on-one against any WR. Well, maybe he can play one-on-one, but not effectively. He's dropping because he's too slow. He ran even slower at his pro day than the combine. Besides, if he were a great cover CB he wouldn't be listed at S and I don't see what is so great about his upside. He is a guy with great technique, but if he's not that athletically gifted I don't see the upside. He'd still be a very nice pick in the 5th, but I don't think anybody should be expecting all those positives out of a fith rounder.

I know our rush was bad last year, but it would've made more sense to get a DT in one of those rush specialists, our problem was not on the edge, once we got pressure on the edge the QB would just step up into the pocket b/c we had no rush through the middle
