Rod Coleman
He is a free agent right? I am surprised no one has mentioned his name yet. I know he is a small tackle but from what I have seen of him(when healthy which seems to be a big issue) he is a pass rushing beast. I know that he and Glover are similiar but Coleman seems to be what Glover used to be. Plus you can never get enough pressure on the qb.

He is older and smaller two things that the Rams do not need.
