With access to NFL Players Association data, Rotoworld can generate the most accurate free agent list on the internet. The players are ranked in order of how we see them being valued on the open market.

Keep in mind that franchise tags can deplete the top of the free-agent market. Baltimore’s Joe Flacco is an obvious franchise-tag candidate after a disappointing contract season. Jake Long in Miami will receive strong franchise-tag consideration as well.

2013 free agency will commence on the afternoon of March 12.

Ofcourse we can't afford all. But getting a couple above and having a nice draft would be sick.

Some low-key potential high-impact guys we should go after:

DeAndre Levy, OLB, Lions - He is a solid LB. Didn't even know he was an FA!

If we switch to a 3-4 D (Rob Ryan)

Arthur Jones, DE, Ravens - Solid run-stopping 3-4 DE (yes the brother of Jon Bones Jones and Chandler Jones - Pats).

Vaughn Martin, DE, Chargers - Another thick run stopping 3-4 DE.

Terrance Knighton, DT, Jaguars - A potential NT for the 3-4, can certainly play any Dline position at 340 lbs.

Sammie Lee Hill, DT/DE, Lions - Plays DT for the Lions, solid rotational run stuffer, sure he can make the transition to a 3-4 defensive lineman.

DeAndre Levy would be a nice pickup, and would allow the Rams to focus on other areas in the draft. The Rams would have three legitimate linebackers for the first time in, well, a long time. The only area left to be improved on defense would be safety. After getting Elam or Rambo, coupled with Levy, the Rams would have a scary good defense.

We have got to at least give Jairus Byrd a call during free agency
