Round 2 Question

I was looking at the Great Blue North report and noticed that in Round 2 KC is selecting ahead of us. Is that right and if so why? Also, I think its more likely that the Rams trade down and get more picks using the Round 2 position than they will in Round 1.

Thoughts?

Oh by the way, the draft is a crap shoot and I hate it. Just thought I would let everyone know how I feel about it. I would rather go shoe shopping with a woman all day than to watch the draft.

It's right... It goes in reverse order in round two because both teams had the same record. Then it will switch back again in the 3rd...

Agreed it is a crap shoot nobody knows but I am a draft day nut but you can have the shopping with the woman folks.

It doesn't go in reverse order.

If there are multiple teams with the same record, then the first-round draft order is determined by each teams' opponents' win-loss record. The team whose opponents had the worst win-loss record picks first of the group, then the team whose opponents had the next worst win-loss record picks next, etc etc.

In the second round, whichever team picked first in that group in round one is then dropped to the bottom of the group, and everyone else moves up a pick. It continues like that for the rest of the draft.

If there was another team that had gone 2-14, then the Rams would be picking fourth in the second round and third in the third round. It's basically like a line, where the person at the top of the line goes to the end in the next round.

Actually as a football fanatic I like anything to do with the NFL. Especially if our RAMS are involved in some way. Bring on the draft!!!!
