Not my preference, but he'd be a cost reduction from Bartell. At least it shows that the front office seems to not be looking at Finnegan and his possibly higher than Bartell price tag. I hope that this isn't an indication that Bartell's neck didn't actually heal up.

Is this a joke? There seriously thinking about replacing Bartell with Eric Wright? Hes an o.k 3 at best. I did want him in 2011 before he joined the Lions, but not at the cost of our #1 CB.

Maybe we Rams fans overrate Bartell...

I'd rather he be replaced by a better CB, however I think the writing is on the wall with this signing, and while many of you may be stunned when he eventually gets released, I wont be surprised in the least.

Things working against Bartell:
-New regime
-30 years old
-Coming off MAJOR neck injury
-6.2 mil salary

As good as gone IMO.
