Ryan Lilja now a free agent
Colts just cut guard Ryan Lilja to avoid paying his bonus.
28 years old with Super Bowl experience. I wouldn't mind if we go after him.
Re: Ryan Lilja now a free agent
he`s a decent player..but Howard Mudd and the Colts O-line use a different scheme than us so he may not be a good fit ..tho he could always adapt in time i suppose..
Re: Ryan Lilja now a free agent
Hes not an ex Eagle or Giant so he wont be a Ram either.
yeah my frustration is befuddling my logic, in truth I read that Dspags thinks the Oline will be a strength this year, I hope that means we will get a guard or a tackle.

You are correct but I have one question.
Are you suggesting that coconuts migrate? :)
Love the Avatar.

well theres 74 types of swallow with 47 of them being from Africa...the Swallow which is often referred to as the European Swallow is the Barn Swallow. when unladen the European Swallow usually travels at a speed in the range of 8-11 metres per second (or around 26 miles per hour) tho the maximum recorded speed is 14 metres per second.
the African types have had a lot less research compiled about them and their speed is a lot harder to calculate with clarity...
but it could still probably carry a coconut.
