Scout: Top 2014 QBs should be slotted in late 1st/early 2nd round
This appeared in an article by the editor of the Bengals official website as he wrote about each AFC North team's wants and needs...
Hopefully for the Rams, the teams picking at the top of this draft disagree. But I can't shake the feeling that this group really resembles the 2011 QB class.
Donít look for a quarterback before the third round, but donít let your eyes wander. The guy drafted in the second round may be the same guy drafted in the fourth. One scout notes the top four QB prospects in this draft (Louisvilleís Teddy Bridgewater, Central Floridaís Blake Bortles, Texas A&Mís Johnny Manziel, Fresno Stateís Derek Carr) have enough pros and cons to put them around the Andy Dalton 35th pick if there wasnít such a need at the top of the draft. Which means, having Dalton at this stage gives the Bengals a leg up on most teams.

I disagree, I think ceiling wise there are about 4 or 5 QB's from this class who are better than Andy Dalton. Of course, that depends on IF these players ever hit their ceilings
