Warrick Dunn has asked the Falcons to release him.
Just hours after the team completed a deal with his replacement, Michael Turner. Dunn's release from the Falcons has been inevitable since the new Thomas Dimitroff-led regime took over and installed a power run scheme. I strongly doubt it. They signed Turner to a 6 year deal, and they have Jerious Norwood.

You have to admire how successful this guy has been over his career, especially when you consider the criticisms of him coming into the league.
