    Which side are you on?

It seems that, with several of the positions that the Rams will be looking at, there are two prospects who, at least at this stage, have risen above the crowd.

The question is, who is No. 1?

    Which side are you on?

WR: Sammy Watkins or Mike Evans?

OT: Jake Matthews or Gregg Robinson?

OG: Zack Martin or David Yankey?

DT: Rashede Hagerman or Aaron Donald?

S: Hasean Clinton-Dix or Calvin Pryor?

CB: Darqueze Dennard or Justin Gilbert?

For me it's the OT position.

As far as picking Matthews or Robinson goes......Where's Joe Namath with that coin?

Evans, Matthews, Martin, Donald, Dix and Dennard.

Oh, and Matthews and Dix, barring trade backs.
    I believe!

    Which side are you on?
    The right side.

Oh wait, that's not an option.

WR: Sammy Watkins or Mike Evans?
I'll take Evans, simply because I believe he fits more of a need for the Rams than Watkins, who may be playing the same position as Austin.
OT: Jake Matthews or Gregg Robinson?
I'll say Matthews, though I think both show amazing potential. I wouldn't be upset with a choice of Robinson, but I feel much more comfortable with the level of technique refinement from Matthews.
OG: Zack Martin or David Yankey?
I think there are better options at both T and G, but I'll go with Martin here because of his ability to move outside in a pinch.
DT: Rashede Hagerman or Aaron Donald?
I'll go with Donald. I think his explosion on a line with Long, Quinn, and Brockers would be something to behold. His run D scares me a little, but his inside pass rushing abilities is some of the greatest I've ever seen.
S: Hasean Clinton-Dix or Calvin Pryor?
I don't see a wrong answer on this one. I guess I'll go slightly with Dix due to his centerfield ability.
CB: Darqueze Dennard or Justin Gilbert?
I'll go with Gilbert. He's a step faster though being slightly larger. As well, I believe his game is a little more refined and versatile when compared with Dennard.

And for the record, there is no wrong answer to these questions.

Re: Which side are you on?

WR: Evans - I love the explosiveness of Watkins, but if Evans runs a good 40 time at the Combine I'd go with him

OT: Robinson - I think JMIII is more of a sure thing but I love Robinson's upside, plus he's a better run blocker

OG: Martin - even though I think Yankey is a better overall OG, I like the versatility that Martin provides (especially with Jake Long coming back from injury)

DT: Donald - due to my man crush on Donald, this was an easy choice for me

S: Pryor - I like both, but I love the speed and size combination of CP

CB: Gilbert - a toss-up for me; I love how physical Dennard is in man coverage but I think I'd go with Gilbert due to his size and playmaking abilities

Re: Which side are you on?

WR: Sammy Watkins or Mike Evans?-- Evans soley based on height/weight ratio atm .

OT: Jake Matthews or Gregg Robinson?---- not even close Matthews over Robinson

OG: Zack Martin or David Yankey?--- Hmmm.... well given that recent Stanford Olineman have been non factors in the NFL, ill go with Martin.

DT: Rashede Hagerman or Aaron Donald?---- Again no contest here: Hagerman all the way. No Chris Zorich clone for me.

S: Hasean Clinton-Dix or Calvin Pryor?---- I hate Alabama so Pryor gets the nod.

CB: Darqueze Dennard or Justin Gilbert? Once again... please no Wizard of Oz, Snow White followers, or Lonely Mountain inhabitants for CB. That being the case--- Gilbert

Re: Which side are you on?

WR: Sammy Watkins - Evans is close, but I give Watkins the edge at the moment. With all the short passes we make, having another player who can can gain so much after the catch is not a bad thing.

OT: Jake Matthews - Not a project of any kind, plug and play and don't have to worry about for years. Better tackle than Martin.

OG: Zack Martin - Plug and play, can play guard and tackle well. Mauler who seems prefect for our line. Pro bowl guard in my opinion. Better guard than Matthews. Versatile.

DT: Aaron Donald - I really like Hageman, a lot, but Donald would be better for our line than Hageman i think. Especially if we keep Langford. Don't see much point of having Langford, Brockers and Hageman. Though i still like him. But a rotation of Brockers, Langford and Donald seems better and more diverse.

S: Calvin Pryor - Do i even have to explain this? My man crush grows daily.

CB: Darqueze Dennard or Justin Gilbert? This is a tough one. Dennard is the more sound shutdown corner, but Gilbert is the bigger play maker (int's, int returns, kick returns). I would be ecstatic with either of them.

I don't know if the analogy fits.....but NICE use of a Chris Zorich reference!

I guess both are/were smaller DTs is where the analogy comes from, and Donald reminds of Zorich- who had a relentless motor.

I kind of get the Chris Zorich-Aaron Donald comparison, especially they're height, motor, and passion on the field, but Zorich weighed around 15 pounds lighter than Donald coming out of college and was nowhere near the same athlete that Donald is.

    Watkins
    Matthews
    Yankey
    Donald
    Dix
    Dennard

I like Watkins more though I think with the current WR's on the roster Evans might be a better fit.

Nice to see how, slowly-but-surely, some 2014 NFL Draft names are indeed rising to the top for the Rams. "At least at this stage..." as AV said.

WR: Mike Evans has the edge.

OT: Jake Matthews OR Gregg Robinson. I'm on the 'either or' fence here. Can't go wrong.

OG: Zack Martin or David Yankey. Seems Yankey is more of a guard than Martin (LT)?

DT: Aaron Donald. M-O-T-O-R. Still concerned about size though.

S: Calvin Pryor. Better athlete for sure. Coach his weaknesses.

CB: Justin Gilbert. "51 vs 49%" favorable tangibles to win over Dennard.
