Only if we suffer another season ending injury to the wide receivers. We have depth right now.
I'm all for it. I think he's a much better option than some of the receivers on the Rams right now. He is a fast guy and his career never paned out with the Giants but he has some experience now and I think he's probably a better receiver than everyone on the Rams besides Gibson and Amendola. Clayton and Alexander have looked really good with Bradford at QB. Who knows what Moss could do with Bradford even if it's not the Moss that a bunch of people wanted last week.
5 foot 8
3 career TD`s since being drafted in 2006
put on injured reserve with a sports hernia in August.
not so sure he beats any of our current Wideouts in anything other than having a more famous name.
Moss?
Moss?!
MOSS!?!
Oh not that Moss?
Well then never mind...
After watching a 5' 10", 600 yards and 2.5 touchdowns a year averaging, never have been named Mark Clayton come in and instantly become our #1 threat... I don't rule anybody out.
For me it is as simple as trusting in DeSpags' ability to evaluate players and then make the decision that is right for the team.
I don't care if he's 5'7 or 6'5. If he can help this football team win games and contribute, then let's pick him up.
We can pick em up for cheap insurance if Robinson's down, I assume he's our next victim for our snake-bitten WR-corps.
the height was not the only point i made for not getting him!
lack of production and the fact he was injured enough in August to be put on IR was also mentioned as my points.
what makes you think he can help us win more games than the players we already have at the position?
to get him would mean we would have to cut someone, who would you cut?
My post wasn't referring to you.
I have never really watched Sinorice Moss play, but if Devaney thinks that he would give our offense another dimenson, then we should grab him, height factors aside. He may be vertically stunted, but if he still has good elusiveness I'm sure we can find a way tom implement him.
