slow times will drop CB/S hybrids
On the thread about Edwards being cut, there was a discussion of the safeties available. Several CB's will drop and be thought of as safeties due to poor 40 times at the combine. 6'3 corner Brandon Browner only ran at 4.69 and Marlin Jackson ran a 4.6, and Eric Green from V. Tech was in the 4.6 range. So it looks like they will drop into the second round (or below for Browner and Green). So there might be more DB option in the 3rd than expected. Might also mean that teams will make more of an OL run so might have to reach early for the OT (eg. Barnes) if Brown and Barron are gone.
