Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
1. Alan Branch-Michigan DT 6'5 3/4 324 5.09
We Draft Branch here because he drops down to us. I don't think Okoye will drop down to us.
2. Jason Hill-Washington State WR/KR 6'0 1/2 204 4.32
Hill is a top-notch reciever and I believe that Linehan wants to get a good quality reciever even though Drew Bennett was signed in the offseason.
3. Allen Barbre-Missouri Southern OT 6'4 300 4.84
Barbre is fast for the OT position, He has good size and could probably add a few pounds. The rams do not have a lot of depth at the OT position even after the signing of Todd Steussie.
4. Brian Robison-Texas DE 6'3 1/8 259 4.67
Robison is fast and has a good motor and will be able to help out on passing downs, he had the second fast forty time for DE's after Gaines Adams at the Combine.
5. Juwan Simpson-Alabama OLB 6'2 3/8 225 4.59
Simpson was an excellent LB in College and should compete with Jon Alston for time at the SS position. He ran a forty time that was faster than a lot of safties, and Simpson is known as a big hitter.
6. Garrett Wolfe-Northern Illinois RB 5'7 186 4.45
Wolfe has disappeared in the draft , but if the Rams take him expect them to use him as third down back. Wolfe is faster than he is timed and has an array of good moves and an excellent pair of hands out of the backfield. The only concern on him is size, which could be a problem with blitz pickup.
7. Dallas Sartz-USC OLB 6'4 7/8 235 4.69
Sartz has excellent size and could possibly compete with Chillar for the SLB position. Sartz could probably add 10 pounds on be an asset at the very least on special teams.
7. Jeremy Clark-Alabama DT 6'2 1/2 309 4.98
Clark helped anchor a good run defense at Alabama and brings good speed for the Rams at the DT position.
7. Sean Douglas-Washington P 6'2 218 4.75
If the Rams do not resign Matt Turk IMHO that would be a mistake. They need to draft some competition for B.J. Sander or else would could be in for a season of horrible punting.

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
I doubt Robinson will be there in the 4th round.
Also, everytime you post this I get that stupid "Informer" song in my head.

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
Pretty solid mock. As chiguy said, I don't think Robinson is there in round four, and personally I think the Rams will have addressed the defensive end position before they look at offensive tackle depth.

Draft looks good, Snow! Now in the Turk 'IF' situation you mentioned, let's then move Texas DE Robison to #3 and, hopefully, find Baylor punter Daniel Sepulveda at #4.

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
WR seems like a luxury pick in the 2nd round. I agree young depth is needed but it won't be this year.

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
"Informer" was a quasi-reggae rap song put forward by some white guy named "Snow." You're a horrible person for putting it in my head every time you post.

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
Maybe a Safety this year in the 2nd round?
Several 1st round talented guys who may fall into the 2nd round and if so I would hope the Rams will be ready to pounce on it......

Re: Snow's Fourth Mock Draft
I would agree with you crazyhorns, we could possibly pick up someone like Brandon Meriwether in the 2nd round but he has character issues. This draft is deep at WR and Safety so I wouldn't be surprised to see us pick one of those two positions in the second round of the draft.
