Am I against signing him? No, but I trust the crew we have knows what he deserves and won't over pay.

I'd rather sign FS O. Atogwe to a long term deal insted of the franchise tag on him. That way I know he is a Ram next season.
That way Rams can get ready for the draft. God I hope they think defence.

JMO but:

Rams need to upgrade OT depth and sign a guy like George Foster out of Detroit.

Veteran WR like DJ Hacket or Reggie Williams?

DT like Tank Johnson or Kendrick Allen (Gabe Watson is restricted)
DE like Mike Wright or Kalimba Edwards

Rams need to upgrade their depth as much as anything. We can build starters via the draft this year and next but our depth just isn't there.

I agree with you Shan sure would like to sign OJ to at least a 3 to 5 years contract.
CRowell in the middle looks like a great choice, and Foster would give us some OL options.
