in a post earlyer today , linehan was quoted as saying that davis's knee's couldn't hold up any longer , and couldn't even do training camp, but would try him back at a lesser role, he had 40 carries and 177 yards, i'm not sure what that means , anything lesser and he's the mascot. i hope his knee's could take the season, he is a quality player and person, but i don't think he is here at the start of the season, and that is too bad.

Maybe we'll look at a running back in the draft now, such as Lorenzo Booker? or someone of that sort to help out Jackson and be a change of pace back.

toefield or even james mungro, could be a real good fit, and the costs i think would be very minimal, and both have a good game. mungro backed up james in indy, and did a great job.
