Suh + clausen?

Well, I agree 100% on taking Ndamukong Suh with our first pick. I've been looking around at a lot of mock drafts lately, and it seems like Clausen might slip out of the first round.

This would be amazing because we would be able to get Suh, and Clausen (franchise QB).

Also, he will not be able to preform at the scouting combine. This may cause him to drop.

I would also love for us to get Dexter McCluster. He can play WR/RB/KR/Punt return, and he is a game changer. Where do you guys think he will be drafted?

Do you guys think Clausen drops, and if so, would you take him in the 2nd?

Although Clausen will not show at the combine, he will still interview and still has his solid game tape (although only one season). Personally I cant see him falling, Crabtree only fell a bit and he was in similar position. But for Clausen falling he would need to be ruled out of all workouts till very very near draft if able to showcase at all, also he would have to interview very badly for a lot of people. HOWEVER if this happened I would bite your hand off if he fell and we could draft him in the 2nd or even bottom of the 1st. Agree with McCluster but USC's running back could also be an option in the 3rd so who knows. IF right now you gave me SUH, CLAUSEN and MCCLUSTER boy i would be very very very happy :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Same as me, and with the addition of those three players, i believe we could have at least 6+ wins next season! :D:D

I think it's possible that either of these quarterbacks could slide from where they're expected to go (Top 5-10), but I doubt either of them slides to the top of the second round.

there is a near 0% chance that clausen drops out of the first people said the same about Mark Sanchez last year and guess where he got drafted

I hear what you're saying, but pehaps one of them could fall far enough for us to consider moving up a bit, while at the same time, not costing us too much.

The ol' Brady Quinn scenario, yes. That's definitely more likely than one of them slipping completely to the second round. Though when the Browns did it in 2007, it cost them the following year's first round pick.

Would you be willing to pay that price? I think if either QB were available in the 15-20 range I'd pull the trigger.

And you really have to be sure that the guy you're chasing is the guy you really want. The Browns have had little success with anyone behind centre in the past few seasons with the exception of Derek Anderson's anomaly in 2007. That pick alone, coupled with their inability to trade Anderson when his value was at its highest, may have set their franchise back half a decade.

If you tell me I can get Suh and one of the tops QB's and a play maker like McCluster, I might just slap you silly out of disbelief :D

Boy would that be exciting.

Alas I doubt he would slip past the Vikings :(

It would be a risk, but a very, very tempting one. You can't bank on what you're going to be able to get in the following year's draft, so I'd be tempted to make the move if one of the passers fell to around the 20-range.

Imagine picking up Suh +Clausen + and drafting either Mccluster / Mcknight in the draft... That grades out to an A right?

We would tear it up next season if we got all three of them.
