I know alot of people, myself included, want us to take Michael Crabtree with the #2 overall pick, however we can "have our cake and eat it to" if we deal for TO. He will not only fill the seats, but sell a ton of jerseys as is expected with the possible selection of Michael Crabtree. We can then definitely take that tackle that we want with the #2 overall. Also, there is no way Spags doesn't have respect for TO, going up against him two years in a row... I dont think its out of the question.

It was more than just TO. Like Romo getting hurt, their defense being terrible for the first half of the season, Pacman Jones and the complete lack of leadership from the coaching staff. But TO going to the Rams is probably the worst thing possible for the team.
