Texas DT Frank Okam staying in school, LSU QB JaMarcus Russell reportedly going pro

GBN reports that Texas DT Frank Okam announced today that he would be returning for his senior season next year.

Also, ProFootballTalk.com has reported that LSU quarterback JaMarcus Russell has signed representation, basically sealing the deal for him coming out in the draft this year.
