Bannan is a 32-year-old journeyman defensive lineman who has spent time in Buffalo and Baltimore before becoming a full-time starter in Denver last year as a 3-4 DE.

He played DT in the 3-4 last year which doesn't usually put up big numbers, but he had only 1 sack. And has 7.5 total in his 9 year career.

Why does it seem like we are only going after below average players. I know we don't have much cap room, but can't we get at least one more good player. Then stock up mediocre players for depth.
