I live in San Diego and I go to the Charger games from time to time, and i always see Marques Harris doing something. Mostly everyone knows him for doing the Back flip after he sacks the Quarterback. It seems as though he is going to have a great year if he could go to a team that can utilize him.
The Rams could get a steal if we can get him as a Linebacker, He has the same motor as Chris long, he gives 110% every time and never gives up on a play. :D

The reason why you don't know anything about him is because he is a back-up to Shaun Phillips, and the only time he came in was whenever he got tired. . . Since the chargers are so dependent on getting to the ball, he had to play a Demarcus Ware role, which was like being a down lineman. So i really don't know about his cover skills.
I think he could give Quinton Culbertson a a run for starting job.
Good find I actually do know a little about this guy, he would be cheap option to compete with Culberson and Draft on the strong side. Right now I would rather go with CrowellQuote:
