    tony pike

    i just wanted to know if tony pike being 23 and probably 24 by next season makes you not want him? just wondering what people think?

    I see nothing wrong with it. Sure, it does hurt your draft stock a little bit, but we may benefit from that.

    Yeah, I have been a Tony Pike promoter, but at his age you figure he would have more muscle on his body.l

    He is a QB based on using his size and accuracy.

    Sometimes I question his phycial toughness. Mentally, he has it all.

    To be a good NFL QB, Pike will have to hit the weights alittle bit more and especially on a building NFL squad.

    He needs to get more arm strength to succeed in the NFL. However, due to our OC's 4 yard pass schemes, we may not need him to get more strength...

    Actually, as a general rule, younger/underclassmen QBs have had a hard time adjusting to the NFL. Pike's age is fine. Good QBs play well into their 30s if they can stay healthy.
