TRADE with atlanta
I say we use DEVANEY and work out a trade with atlanta .
THE RAMS : will swap 1st rd pick #2 for atlanta's #3
RAMS will give 2008 2nd rd pick #33 for atlanta's 2008 3rd rd pick #
THE RAMS trade - OT ALEX BARRON and CB JONATHAN WADE for atlanta's
CB DANGELO HALL and QB CHRIS REDMAN
MIAMI will draft CHRIS LONG ,
ATLANTA - can take DORSEY , MCFADDEN or A QB
and the RAMS can take JAKE LONG and grab a DE with the 3rd rd #66 pick and maybe another one in the later rounds .

Re: TRADE with atlanta
Just out of curiosity, how do you intend to fit Hall and the $20 million or more in guaranteed money that he wants into our salary structure.

Re: TRADE with atlanta
With Hall's request for cash, I will stick with Wade before I get Hall

Re: TRADE with atlanta
I really don't think we can afford to trade any O-Lineman. If anything we need to add to both sides of the trenches.

Re: TRADE with atlanta
At least Keith tried. I've got to give him that much. Lots of reasons (as has been mentioned) why it won't happen, but "A" for effort.

Re: TRADE with atlanta
THANKS HUbison and bruce4life . HEY ALL YOU PROFESIONALS . FOR ONE i don't play madden and i never have . i'm too damn busy in my life to sit in front of a game for 6 hour at a time .
AND what about all you people that are screaming for barron's removal , departure or even talks of letting him go . but a tradeing of him would somehow screw up our line . PLEASE . with the barron trade , i drafted LONG at OT. what more do you want .
and as for HALL . it's evident that hall wants no part of atlanta . so all you people want ed NATE CLEMONS last year , and are now screaming for us to get ASANTE SAMUEL , but to get a real all -pro like HALL , now it's in no way feasable or possible to make that happen right!!!. i don't know if i've ever met so many wishy washy hipocritical people .
NO , i did not take the time to negotiate a contract with HALL or BARRON or REDMAN , so it was all just kinda an idea of fixinf our D-BACKFIELD and our 0-LINE with a differant spin on the draft . so sorry to waste your MADDEN TIME with my idea's
THANKS AGAIN TO HUbison and BRUCE 4LIFE FOR THE SUPPORT and the LOVE . let's go see what the RAMS can do today .

Re: TRADE with atlanta
I never said it was an outrageous trade. It's just Hall would request quite a bit of money, thats all I said.

Re: TRADE with atlanta
So let me get this right.
We swap the #2 pick for the #3 pick
We swap the #33 pick for the #68 pick
plus give up Alex Barron ( I say value him a late 2nd or early 3rd rounder) and Jonathon Wade (promising 3rd rounder last year) for DeAngelo Hall. Chris Redman is a scrub with no value.
Let's do some math:
Let see Barron = 3rd rounder
Wade = 3rd rounder
Swapping #2 to #3 = 3rd rounder
#33 - high 2nd round
#68 - cancel out Wade's value.
DeAngelo Hall for a high second, 2 3rd rounders
Not sure about this. If we go the other route. We can get a good CB with a high second rounder.
Hall is good but he has a tendency to mouth off. What if he does not like what the Rams are doing. He could be a cancer in the locker room.
I say, keep the picks and players. We will create such an onslaught against humanity that our enemies will take generations before ever thinking of attacking us again.

Re: TRADE with atlanta
GREAT POINT ONSLAUGHT , even though i put out the idea , i wouldn't make the trade either . just for the fact that even though HALL has great skills , as you pointed out , it's in the locker room where he is a danger . but alot of that might be because even though he is a super star , who is on a dumpster for a team . a change of view from a club that has some stars that are on their way up and some FUTURE HOF members might change his mind about the money and a fresh beginning .
