trade holt
scenario i was thinking about - holt to philly for lito and the 19th pick and then give the 33rd pick to detroit 4 roy williams . or better yet give up the 2nd overall for fitzgerald and there 1st round pick . but w holts reaccuring knee issues we should try to continue to get younger ,while he still has great value .

Re: trade holt
Nice ideas that are never going to happen. You must live in an alternate universe or something:)

Re: trade holt
Larry Fitzgerald's cap busting contract might be a problem, just ask the Cardinals.:)

Re: trade holt
Ok, since Roy Williams is young and good, he'll take a we bit more than a second pick...also why would the CARDS want to trade Fitzgerald to a RIVAL?

Re: trade holt
Oh for god's sake.
Torry Holt is going nowhere. This is rediculous.

Re: trade holt
I think you overestimate what teams would be willing to trade for a thirty-plus year old receiver with a degenerative knee injury. Even if we were thinking about trading Holt, we would not get a 26-year-old corner with starting experience and a first round pick for him. I doubt Arizona would give up one of their top playmakers just to move up in the first round either.

Re: trade holt
The NFL is *not* a trading league folks. And when it is, the players don't get much in return. We got Marshall Faulk for a second round pick and a can of oil that was laying around the garage for goodness sake, and trade values have gone down since then.

Re: trade holt
Why is anyone talking about trading Holt? We lost one of our star players, why lose 2 in the same season?
