money we dont have. he's always requested a big contract.
another way i see it, is if he was really that good, why wasnt he resigned or picked up by now?

He plays more on rep now than ability. He could play a good free safety probably, but he'd want top CB money, and that just doesn't mix. Let someone else pick him and his expensive price tag up. Besides, those legs can't have much left on them.
