Herzlick, Locke or Devine.
Locke probably better of the two RB's, thought he got drafted lol.

Re: Undrafted Rookies
For as much as i was calling for Herzlich, there was a reason all 32 teams didnt take a flyer on him.....

Re: Undrafted Rookies
That and a leader. Take the worst things that can happen to a team (losing season or whatever?), he's seen worse (Cancer). He lived through it, learned from it, became a better man, and lives it daily.
Sheesh, sounds like I know the guy, which I don't. Just going by the interviews I've seen and the articles I've read. My gut feeling just says there could be no negative thing that could come from having this man on our roster. This space for rent...

Re: Undrafted Rookies
I like all these players and Terrance Tolliver WR. All the weapons the Rams bring in, all the better. Make some of these WR's earn a spot on the team. More compitition the better.
I think all 32 teams passed on him because he ran a 4.9 something 40 yard dash almost 5.0. He is a 4 pillers type guy though. Might make a good practice sqaud player until he gets healed up 100%.

Re: Undrafted Rookies
There are a few who were mentioned who I'd give a shot to, including Martin Parker, Derrick Locke and Mark Herzlich.
Two others I would bring in:
Pat Devlin, QB, Delaware
He's a small school prospect, but has good size (6'3, 225) and could be good enough to win the #3 job or, at least, be developed on the practice squad as a future backup.
John Clay, RB, Wisconsin
The scouts obviously didn't like his lack of speed, but he was very productive at Wisconsin.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Undrafted Rookies
I read about that, but what's the harm in bringing him in? If his Pro Day is an indication of his skills, you cut him. If it was just an off day, who knows? Maybe he can make the team.

Re: Undrafted Rookies
I'm not going to say Herzlich, based on the same opinion I've had about him for months now. IMO, he's a 3-4 ILB at the NFL level. I don't see the athleticism to stay as a 4-3 OLB out of him. His production dropped off in 2010, he was far from impressive at the Senior Bowl, and his combine numbers were among the worst at his position. Aside from his great personnel story, I just don't see enough recovery back to previous form to justify the roster spot. Hope he proves me wrong.
My top undrafted FA targets would probably be...
Jeron Johnson (SS, Boise State)
Zach Hurd (OG, UConn)
Darren Evans (RB, VA Tech)
Ian Williams (DT, Notre Dame)
Terrence Toliver (WR, LSU)
