It is good to see that he is already working on making money and getting endorsements since he believes that he is going to be a "BIG playmaker".

I hope Davis becomes the next Broadway Joe. Unless he can tackle or block real well, I think we need to take a pass.

I think he would be a terrific steal for us were he to fall, but like others have said before, I don't think trading up for a TE is justified with the receiving corps we have and the needs on defense. Anyway I'm sure we won't have to worry, someone will pick him high, probably too high because of his measurables.

I must be in a weird mood today, because when I read the thread title, I suddenly had a picture in my head of Vernon Davis saying "I'm gonna be a jet," then stretching his arms out like wings, and "flying" around the room while making a "rrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmm!" sound effect.
