What 2 positions do you want the Rams to draft in the 1st round?

I would go OT with the first pick either Luke Joeckel or Taylor Lewan if Joeckel doesnt fall to us. with the 2nd pick I would like to go OLB (CJ Mosley) or S (Eric Reid, Kenny Vacarro) or Just take the best player available.

I'm thinking that if we don't trade down then Mr. Te'o will be the BPA at that slot.

There really seems to be a dearth of playmakers in this draft. It may be best then to just dedicate ourselves to building the lines on both sides of the ball.

I am all for moving JL to OLB, He is simply not strong enough at the point of impact. However, with only one year of seemingly dominating performance, I am not sure if Te'o is the long term solution.

I'm starting to think, best player on the board of need or trade back and get more picks. That would change if Rodger Saffold gets hurt again or starts to play bad. So far in his two games back looks really good.

This year we will have so many different players that we can take, should make for some fun mock drafts.

TO did not look like TO in his rookie year... 35 catches for 520 yards and four TD.

Quick 7 catches 135 yards one TD avg 19.3 per... through 10 games. Lets see if he can match TO numbers in the next six games.

Tackle, SAFETY, 'Tackle, Tackle and Tackle..... and maybe guard

(i also think CB is in the works; if Rams are moving on from Fletch or at least letting him try out FA, I think it's because the team sees a deep draft pool of cb's or they see an upcoming FA that they're confident they can grab. if it's the draft pool they see, that would be a much cheaper option than paying Fletch)

yeah but this year WR class is average and like, already mentioned, TO wasn't great his rookie year either.

I want another receiver as well but I'd prefer it to come from free agency. If we could sign one of Bowe, Jennings, or Wallace that would be the best solution.

That would give us

1. Wallace- my first choice
2. Chris Givens
3. Danny Amendola- not behind Givens but he's our slot guy
4. Brian Quick
5. Brandon Gibson
6. Austin Pettis

I'd be happy with that corps.

as for who I would focus on. You really can't say. We aren't a piece away. We have legit needs at almost every position besides corner, QB, and inside line backer.

Mante Teo LB- I think he can play outside

I'm wondering what makes you think CB is not a need for 2013. It's certainly not a need in the top rounds, but I see a hole there that has to be filled.

Bradley Fletcher is a FA after this season; that leaves only 3 cb's contracted for next year: Finnegan, Jenkins, and Johnson.

Most teams keep at least 4-5 cb's. Rams got rid of Murphy and Gordy this season. IMO, if they don't resign Fletcher, they've got to pick one up in FA or draft. I'm honestly curious why you have a different opinion. Anybody else feel that cb is not a need for 2013?

this is pertaining to the first round. We don't need a CB or QB in the first round. I wouldn't have a problem taking a CB or QB in rounds 3-6 though. Also just because Fletcher is a FA it doesn't mean he'll leave.
