Re: What do you guys expect in Free Agency?

    Youth, speed, and athleticism.

I like the idea of Garçon, even though he his not a true number one. I imagine we'll get some big bodies like those we cut, only younger.

Well, we've only got 26 players under contract and 7 draft picks. So yea, I'd say we're going to sign a few free agents.

    My guess, we'll sign:
    a starting CB
    a starting DT
    a starting OG/C
    a starting WR
    a starting OLB

Not superstars, mind you; but starters.

I don't think the Rams will go after any big names guys, they will try to draft people to fill holes.

However, i think my "wet dream" would be Mario Williams, I hope Fisher is at his house and waiting for 4:00 at give him a contract. Long and Williams would be a great combo, but won't happen.

Re: What do you guys expect in Free Agency?

A couple of realistic options I like for our Rams in free agency, are DT Jason Jones and WR Robert Meachem. In my opinion, Robert Meachem has a great chance of becoming a very solid WR, for whoever signs him. He is still only 27 years old, and has his best football ahead of him. He snagged 6 TD's last season, off 40 reception's, and has a 16.1 avg for his career. If you bare in mind he is 6ft 2" tall, and 212lbs, and run's like a deer. I believe he will be perfect for our Rams offense, going forward.?
