I'd have to agree on the defensive coordinator if it were a choice. Someone who can scheme well and get the most out of their players can go a long way towards compensating for a unit's weaknesses. I was sceptical about hiring Marmey from the beginning. An upgrade in player personnel evaluation department would be nice, too. Otherwise, we'll just be posting on the same thread next year. As far as actual players, pick any position behind the defensive line, and we need better play there.
