Supposedly from Howard Balzer, the Rams used for most of the last 20 years a private scouting service that sold teams a draft board. Cheap franchises bought it and that's how they picked their players. It wasn't about picking players that fit the style of play. I think Hub is right also, signability was considered.
That's not the way things are being done anymore at Rams Park. The Rams have professional scouts that are choosing and interviewing players that fit the system.
And the Rams have chosen a WR in the past. When did they automatically eliminate that group?

Man, Rebel, I gotta tell you.....that kind of churns my stomach. I mean, how can an organization outsource one of the most important functions of their future productivity?
