Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
Surely I'm not reading you correctly. Because what I see is:Anyways, here's my take:
Cleveland for 4th overall pick, swap 2nd rounders, and a 2013 2nd rounder.
Rams get --- #4, #37, and 2013 2nd rounder
Browns get --- #2, #33
If the Rams did this deal, I would go back in a time machine and seduce Jeff Fisher's mom just to guarantee that she never met his father thereby eliminating Jeff Fisher from existence. Please tell me I'm not reading your deal correctly.

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
I still don't think that the Browns are going to give up the two 1st rounders. I have read that the squawks could be trying to trade. Why would the Rams give RGIII to a rival, even if they trade everything?

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
I think that Holmgreen might not be that big of a RGIII fan.
I think we will get Redskins 1st, 2nd, 3rd and next years 1st and 3rd.

What makes you say that?

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
Nothing that I know for sure. Just an article I read a few weeks ago as well as Radio show I was listening to. As we know media is rarely right, they just do it for the stories. However I heard in a radio show if Holmgreen has to give up too much he would rather pick a value QB later in the draft. And that he also might not be a fan of RGIII. This is ofcourse on a Radio show interview not with Holmgreen, so who knows if the show purely speculated or actually has some info.

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
There is no such thing as unfair in this situation. If the Browns want RGIII they need to outbid any other trade suitor. You think that the Redskins won't offer more then a swap of second rounders and a second rounder next year? Of course they will. Any team would offer more. The Patriots would probably give that up, even with Brady there. Do you know why? Because it's such a terrible deal for the Rams that the other team would be the obvious winner

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
This draft is too deep. The baseline has got to start with 2 1st round picks. I really do not want a 1st round pick this year and wait til next year for the other.
Trade with Browns for 2 1sts and their 2nd.
1.4- Blackmon
1.22- OL- reif/kontz/castro/martin
rnd 2 from Browns we take OLB- Brown/Irvin if available.

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
I say we get the Dolphins 2012 1st, 2nd, and 5th and 2013 1st and 3rd.....
Dolphins don't want to spend that much money for Flynn and they already have a pretty good team ....

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
Trade with Browns:
2012: #4, #22, #36 (2nd rounder)
2013: 3rd rounder
2012 picks: #4 WR Justin Blackmon(OK State), #22 G David DeCastro (Stanford), #34(original Rams Pick) DT Fletcher Cox (Miss. St.), So hard but see us taking a OLB here and I'm not 100% sure if these guys are OLB's in a 4-3 but either or, #36 OLB (Will LB) North Carolina's Zach Brown or (Sam LB) Arizona State's Vontaze Burfict.Last edited by ZiaRam; -02-29-2012 at 02:20 AM.

Re: The "What will we do with the 2" Contest
I'll go off the beaten path and say we trade with the Jets for 2012 picks 1.16, 2.15, and 3.14, 2013 picks 1 and 4, and Santonio Holmes and Shonn Green.
