Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

Don't answer until the poll goes up. It might take me a few minutes to compile a good list of the "best of the rest."

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

I believe you have to take Dan Conner here... we took LOng who plays DE in round 1 so that covers that need... Avery in round 2 covers the WR need ... Yes we do need offensive line help but i believe with Connor ending up in Round 3 is a steal in its self

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

Connor is the best value and a great player I'm not in love with any OL available, but if not Connor Charles Godfrey should be on the list

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

From a pure value standpoint, I'd go with Connor or Red Bryant.

I chose Anthony Collins, though, as I think he is a good value at a need spot.

Josh Barrett is also intriguing, but I doubt he'll be the pick.

Dan Connor would make a lot of fans feel better about the 2nd pick.

The they can flip them. Maybe the FO knew Dan would be there in the 3rd and Avery would not. Who knows I voted Dan.

Funny how we end up talking more about the second pick then the first.

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

i have no problem at all with dan connor or the best OT on our board, if we think those guys are better value than any available strong safety. Drafting connor would certainly shut a lot of fans up, but of course that really isnt relevant.

ramming speed to all

Tom Zbikowski would be a great pick in my opinion.

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

I've chosen Anthony Collins. If I'm going to have faith in Avery, I'm most certainly going to have faith in Culberson coming through for us on the strong side.

A lack of OT depth killed us last year, I was expecting Collins to go earlier (My second choice is Carl Nicks, who I think will be great for a team willing to risk whether or not they can iron out his character concerns) making him the natural pick. I think he'll be a solid starter with the opportunity to learn behind the best in the game.

Purely from a value standpoint, Connor is the best available.

Not to the majority's bubble, but don't be shocked if Connor goes to Miami with the first pick in the third round.

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

I think Parcells will go 3-4 olb he hasn't gotten one yet since Merling is more of a DE. I have a feeling we want to go OT and will go with that position.

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

Dan Connor should be the pick if he's still there. We need at least another LB. If its not him then I'd prefer Collins. Is it me or is Carl Nick's name getting quiet.?

Re: Who should the Rams take in Round 3?

The Pick is 100% got to be Connor, you would have to be a moron to pass on him I cant believe other teams did. I dont think the Dolphins will take him they got Pace in FA and they just traded with the cowboys for Ayodele. If not Connor though Justin King then Barrett in roundu 4 if he falls
