    Re: Who are your sleepers???

What about this kid from Penn State, sounds like a real player.

If you're drafting for a talent, i would be willing to take a shot on him.

    Michael Robinson - QB (6-foot-1 3/8, 227 pounds)

There is an article from ESPN, but i cant post the link yet.

Jimmy Willams- sure, everone knows of him, but he's fallen, after a poor combine and could be a force to be reckoned with for the team that may gamble inn him. Maybe he falls from round one.

    Also, Will Derting.

    They do, just not well.

Well enough for Oklahoma to put a whooping on Texas the past few years. Texas needs to take a visit to a real conference and quit playing light weights.

Take a visit to the SEC.

Oh, ye of short term memory...

Add up the players drafted in the past 20 years from UM, UF and FSU (and then count the number who have been Pro Bowl players), and then give me a call.

Add up the national titles of those three teams and compare them to Alabama's...

12 is such a beautiful number.

    Oh, please.

I know I said to look beyond the short-term, but I think you're stretching it a bit, don't you?

Since 1980, Alabama has won only one National Title.

Since 1980, University of Miami has won five (and UF and FSU have won one each).

You know, Harvard and Yale won a lot of titles in the 1890s, but I think the bragging rights are long gone by now.

    The dark years. :-(

But let me bring this issue here. What team did Alabama dominate to win that national title?

    Re: Who are your sleepers???

So, in Alabama's best year in the last 26, they beat UM. Of course, in the 5 years that UM won their titles, Alabama wasn't even good enough to be in a bowl game with the Canes.

Truth is, despite the fact that I went there to UM for law school, my veins do not bleed orange and green. Nonetheless, by any objective measure, UM has to be considered the most successful college program over the past 25 years.

    Appreciate the joke man. :-)

I cant look toward the future though. During the dark age I lost my sunglasses and things are way to bright right now.

Agreed. I tried to get RJ39 back on track but he thought it was a joke.

No I didnt. I was telling you to appreciate the joke that was going on.

I have a new sleeper though.

Will Blackmon. He had a good career at CB, but due to the lack of a true star he was asked to move to WR this season. He's moving back to CB in the NFL and could turn out to be a star.
