Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
Who do you most want to see in a Rams uniform?

Re: Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
Tough call. For me its between Joekel, Warmack and Allen. Now i'd love to have Allen, but if Joekel is available when we pick i'd grab him. If Allen or Warmack made it to our 2nd pick in the 1st round i'd grab either, with Allen being the choice above Warmack if both available. Reid is intriguing as well.

Re: Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
If I could get any of these guys.... I would have too go Luke Joekel, OT, Texas A&M
I think he's a top five pick, not sure we will get that high of a pick. But if we did I would take Luke and with the second first round pick take Eric Reid, S, LSU.Last edited by Rambos; -10-30-2012 at 11:25 AM.

I've got to go with Joekel. I truly believe this kid is a Jake Long / Joe Thomas type of blocker.

Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
We have to be realistic in assessing out draft positions. I believe the rams and the redskins will finish 5-11 to 7-9 range, which is give us anywhere from picks 8-14. Only way we would be able to take this guy would be to trade both picks into the top 5...
I believe we must draft a safety and a linebacker in the first 2 picks.

I went with Lewin. I think he'll be there for the first of our two picks and will step in and help right away. Good news is we may have a shot at 2 of the guys on this list. In which case I hope one of the 'bama guards are there. Time to build the great wall of St. Louis!

This draft is annoying. There is only maybe 1 or 2 elite prospects, and I want Jarvis Jones, but I can forget about getting him right now.

Re: Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
So far, I just don't think Joeckel is that special. He is definitely not on Matt Kalil's level, he's closer to Riley Reiff status.
Jarvis Jones is so good its almost not even fair. He looks like a man playing a kids game out there. Amazing pass rusher, non-stop motor, a knack for getting turnovers. He's just dominant. I actually have thought about Keke Mingo too, but I don't know. It'll be tough with either of these guys because they both play in 3-4 and are smaller pass rushing OLB's, so they would need to add some good weight to play DE here, but may be partially out of position playing OLB. Its weird, but I'm sure the FO know what they want.

Re: Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
Sosa,
What do you think of Bjoern Werner or even Sam Montgomery as first round possibilities? I still think we need to juice our pass rush and this has really been driven home after watching the Packers and Pats games.
I really think that Fishnead will go offense/defense or defense/offense in the first round. Don't know which order but I am pretty sure they will not concentrate on one side of the ball.
WHAT SAY YE?

Re: Who is your top Rams draft prospect for 2013?
I think they are both good players and have the chance to be our pick. I like Werner, and I have a little biased towards him because I was born in Germany like he was, but I wouldn't be mad with either of those guys.
Werner has an amazing get-off. He plays mean, powerful, and gets to the QB often. If we can get him here and have Coach Waufle toy around with him and help him with his techniques the guy can become a monster. I like Werner a lot because we could have him or Long slide in at DT on 3rd downs and have three monterous pass rushers.
Montgomery is good too. He's lighter, which means he may have to add some weight, but he is definitely somebody Waufle would love to have too. He's fast and utilizes the speed rush very well. If he can pack on some more strength and re-fine his techniques, he can get to the QB more often and use his bull rush more often.
I wouldn't be mad with either of these guys. At this point in the stage, its PURE BPA.

Really? Even after he manhandled Corey Lemonier, Denzel Nkemdiche, and Sam Montgomery over the past few weeks?

I'm guessing you think Jarvis Jones will be gone when we pick. But I would give up anything to get him. What a stud!!!!!
