Why take an OT early?

Unless the Rams could somehow steal Jordan Gross, I think they pretty much have to address the OT spot in the first two rounds.

Shoot, I'd take one in the first two rounds even if we snagged Gross. If we had a chance to add Curry and then Beatty to learn behind Pace... and then added Gross onto the right side, effectively making Barron a valuable swingman... Well I'd be a very happy boy.

How would you pay for all those 1st rounders and expensive free agents. Maybe they will take less with years supply of donuts?

I hope we sign a goot OT in free agency and then draft OT come round 2. I don't think there is any Lineman out there worth the number 2 pick.

Well said!! Mlb in the first, OT in the second and SS in the third. IMO that would be a best case scenario.
