Would you make this trade with the Vikings?

I was thinking about the Draft and possible scenarios. Something occurred to me and I wondered how others would feel about this.

Let's say Jay Cutler makes it to our spot at 11. To this point the draft has gone:
1 HOU Reggie Bush RB USC
2 NYJ (trade w/NO) Matt Leinart QB USC
3 TEN Vince Young QB Texas
4 NO (trade w/NYJ) D'Brickashaw Ferguson OT Virginia
5 GB Mario Williams DE NC State
6 SF Vernon Davis TE Maryland
7 OAK AJ Hawk LB Ohio State
8 BUF Brodrick Bunkley DT Florida State
9 DET Michael Huff DB Texas
10 ARZ Jimmy Williams CB, Virginia Tech

Then the Rams receive a call from the Vikings. They want to move up to take Cutler but don't want to let go of their 1st Round pick (#17). Instead they offer the Rams 2 second rounders (#48 & #51), 2 third rounders (#83 & #95) and a 2nd rounder in 2007.

If you use the value chart, our pick at #11 is worth 1250pts. The Vikings picks offerred would be #48=420pts, #51=390pts, #83=175pts & #95=120pts. A total of 1105 points add to the the deflated value of next years 2nd around 300-400pts and it seems to be a fair offer.

Would you make that deal?

Re: Would you make this trade with the Vikings?

It's intriguing. I'd probably do it due to the value of the CB's left you could probably get a decent one in round 2.

if bunkley, huff and hawk are gone why not ? we need multiply players for depth to help upgrade our defense more than one player at pick #11.

Re: Would you make this trade with the Vikings?

I would take it, definitely. That would give us six picks in the second and third, and if we really wanted to, we could combine two of our second round picks to move back into the late first.

That said, would the Vikes really trade away four picks to get one of our's, just so they could keep 17th overall?

Re: Would you make this trade with the Vikings?

I am not so sure that i want to pass on ngata under that scenario, who will for sure be gone by #17. I continue to believe that we need a backup plan on the run stopping side if kennedy doesnt pan out. A third round pick isnt worth it for me, i would rather take ngata and call it a day.

Not talking about getting their #17. Would you trade the #11 for two 2nd rounders and two 3rd rounders this year and a 2nd rounder next year?

Re: Would you make this trade with the Vikings?

I would probably make that deal, i guess you would have no choice value wise. I view it as a very remote longshot however. I apologize for confusing the threads, i was responding more to the inquiry regarding the 11 for the 17 and 83.
