Re: It wouldn't surprise me if Bradford is.....
#4 money ain't that much cheaper. And odds are the draft would be fresh out of people who MIGHT be worth that much jack at that point.
I'd be more impressed with Devaney's GMing prowess if he had a deal in place to get out of the idiot contract zone (say Top 15) in the draft if we swapped firsts with Washington.

Re: It wouldn't surprise me if Bradford is.....
This is the gist of it. I can't see the Skins moving up to get Bradford. Now if you all wanted players than maybe, Shanahan certainly has shown no allegiance to anyone on the team last year. Bottomline, before the McNabb trade it was a possibility, but now it's incredibly unlikely, bordering on impossible.

They would have to get a ton of picks, the difference in value of a #1-#7 in tremendous. I also doubt Cleveland does it since they have oodles of holes to fill as well, and trading up from 7 to 1 would pretty much destroy the middle portion of their draft, and you can't build a team on a #1 and a bunch of 7th rounders.

Re: It wouldn't surprise me if Bradford is.....
Actually, some of the delusional skins fans actually feel the reason the Skins got McNabb is so they can trade him to the Rams and get the 1st pick. These guys are just insane in Skins Land. They have to be the most delusional fans in the world.
Also, I heard a interesting rumor on SKINS Radio that the Eagles traded McNabb to keep Danny Boy from drafting Bradford. According to the rumor the Eagles were worried the skins would move up the board via trade and select Bradford and by trading McNabb they kept Bradford out of their division.
Thought that was very interesting and it shows how crazy rumors can get in April...
Go Rams

IMO if the Skins gets Bradford it would be because the rams pass on him and draft Suh and Bradford fell to #4 and the Rams waited for round 2 to get there QB or trade back into round one for one.
