Yet another off-season plan
Im going to try to keep this as realistic as possible:
Head Coach: Jeff Fisher
Off Coordinator: Josh McDaniels (lol please keep reading)
Def Coordinator: (Jeff Fisher's pick)
Notable Rams Departures:
Jason Brown, Center
Ron Bartell, CB
Justin King, CB (Best move of off-season)
Fred Robbins, DT
James Butler, FS
Brady Popinga, OLB
Mark Clayton, WR
Danario Alexander, WR
Re-sign:
Brandon Lloyd: 1-2 years...not top dollar let him test the FA market and see we have the best deal.
Chris Chamberlain
Danny Amendola (1 year option deal because of injury)
Key Free Agent pick ups:
Vincent Jackson, WR (5 years top dollar)
Cortland Finnegan, CB (Fisher's guy)
Draft:
Round 1: Justin Blackmon, WR
Round 1: Peter Konz, Center (time to get aggressive trade up and get a beast Center)
The rest of the draft focus and getting LBs and depth at positions
The Summary: We have 4 WRs (Jackson, Blackmon, Lloyd, Amendola) a TE in Kendricks and we have our leader Sjax they all cannot be on the field together but we give McD and Bradford weapons and we get a good center and depth at OL with Jason Smith starting on the bench.

Re: Yet another off-season plan
How did we get 2 first round picks? Do we get to pick how many picks we get in round 1? If so, please give us a few more. We have a lot of holes to fill.
EDIT: Makes more sense now that youve added the bit about trading up.

Re: Yet another off-season plan
trading our 2nd and 4th to the bottom of the 1st
the 34th pick (560) plus the 98th pick (108) = 668 which is good enough for the 28th pick but some say the chart is out of date to trades made nowadays but it still is a good standard...it was just another way of thinking being aggressive (something we have lacked in the past)

Re: Yet another off-season plan
Has promise, but if we have Jackson, Blackmon AND Lloyd who plays slot? Not Jackson he's 6'5. Not Blackmon, he doesn't belong there. Lloyd?

Re: Yet another off-season plan
there will be a 3 man rotation with the 2WR, slot and 4WR...Jackson is #1WR...Amendola and Blackmon will play inside most of the time but Blackmon will get work outside...Do u see the kid in college he can make some great plays over the middle and he blocks downfield well just think if he can take out the OLB of the opposing team and jackson has a full head of stem vs. a safety

Re: Yet another off-season plan
Not necessarily...Saffold had a good rookie year and a sophomore slump he is still out LT, Bell has roots with Fisher in Tennessee, We solidify the Line with a beast Center, RG is up in the air (depends on the RT), Harvey Dahl is our RT (Jason Smith is our back-up we can also try to kick him inside to RG and hope for a robert gallery)
