any marathon runners in the clan?

do we have any long distance runners in the group other than avenger, who finished immediately behind the kenyans in the most recent disney world marathon.

I have run 5 marathons but havent done a full one since my knee surgery two years ago. I have limited myself to a number of half marathons and am still deciding whether to press my luck and run one more full.

I have had some FANTASTIC long runs in st louis. I typically stay at the hyatt in union station. I run up market street, circle busch stadium a couple of times, run down the the arch, run around the arch and through the park, swing over to the dome, run around rams park in front of the dome, circle the dome a couple of times and then head back to the hotel. Its around a 90 minute to 2 hour run and its really cool as a rams fan to run around that dome.

I've done several 5k races and one 5 miler that nearly killed me. No marathons, no way.

I have 2 sisters that have done the Boston, New York and Chicago marathons on more than one occasion. They're constantly after me to run with them, again no way.

lol. Last year I had to do a lot of running in football practice :)

I don't think that if you took all the distance that I have run since I was born that it would total 26 or 28 miles or however long a marathon is Haha

I have watched some marathons, but you would never catch me running in one.
