this nice tone with the black background and bluish tint?



I need it for a video seeing that he's been a solid contributer for this team and I can't seem to find a picture of him with this tone edit and that I'm bad at photoshop. I'll give anyone reps (though little) to anyone who can do this.

Every time I see that picture of Atogwe I think it's either a bad mugshot or someone gave him the "shocker" right as it was taken...
